SHIPPING COST

Latvia: CAPS! Chocolate offers a flat rate of €5 for orders shipped within Latvia (1-3 days delivery). Free Shipping for orders over €50.

Lithuania, Estonia: flat rate of €9 (3-5 days delivery). Free Shipping for orders over €50.

European Union and Switzerland: flat rates of €20 for Economy and €25 for Priority (3-8 days delivery). Free Shipping for orders over €50.

Rest of the world: Please contact us regarding the costs of shipping to countries outside the EU.

During the summer months and when temperatures are above 22 °C in Riga or in the destination country, the shipment may be subject to a €10 warm-weather fee. Warm weather packaging consists of an insulated container and reusable frozen gel packs. This special packaging will keep your product cool for 48 hours or more. You receive CAPS! Chocolate in perfect condition.

 

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

All taxes and import duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is between 3 to 8 business days.
We usually despatch all orders within one working day.
During the busy seasons like Christmas, it may take up to 3-5 days extra due to the high volumes.

 

RETURNS

Returns should be made within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. The customer covers the return shipping costs. We will refund your order within 3 days of receiving the return goods in our warehouse but please allow up to 30 days as sometimes transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
